Recently converted a 2008 SSIS package to 2012 and am testing it on a new Windows 2012 with SQL 2012 installed. I keep getting the following error:
To run a SSIS package outside of SQL Server Data Tools you must install Send Mail Task of Integration Services or higher.
I've seen answers to similar issues telling them they need to install Integration Services on the server. Isn't the fact that I'm running DTEXEC.exe on the server when it runs proof that I've got it installed? I am running the DTEXEC.exe
from this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS\Binn I assume the 110 means it's the 2012 version? Help! Why am I getting this message?
