Data Conversion Error

Hi All,

I got the below error while executing a SSIS Package.

Source: Data Flow Task Data Conversion 1 [173]     Description:
Data conversion failed while converting column "COLUMN" (65) to column "COLUMN" (229). 
The conversion returned status value 4 and status text "Text was truncated or one or more
characters had no match in the target code page."

Please give a solution...!!!!
