Loading data from table to excel

Hi,

i have a table with some data and i want that to copy into excel  based on below condition

if in table year=2010 then it should load into 2010 excel

likewise for 2011... and this excel loading should be mannualy i.e.,if table contain 2010 with diff months that 2010 excel folder should contain diff excel with diff months

can any one suggest me how can i do it
