Temp table Creation and Check with oter tables through SSIS 2008R2

Hi All,

                           I am new to SSIS. I am getting one requirement from my client that one is

         I have one Emp table that one is sent to temp table (Same structure of Emp), after that in emp table deleting sal paid transactions for the month of emp table and Once the job has been successfully executed, query the database to check if there are any sal paid transactions for the month in salary table that one is exist in emp table.

How to do that ,Please give me the valuable suggestions (Through S.P or SSIS or C#2008 Code)
