Cannot deploy a PACKAGE created by a different user

Hi All,

I have a package created by a different user and when the user executes the package from his desktop the execution is successful. Now the user sent me the package and when i opened the package under a new project and tries to execute it i'm getting the following error:

"Error loading CIP_to _Live_Upload.dtsx: Failed to decrypt protected XML node "DTS:Password" with error 0x8009000B "Key not valid for use in specified state.". You may not be authorized to access this information"

Also in the connection manager for the source connection which is an oracle db he has the ORACLE PROVIDER FOR OLEDB and i cannot see that option in my drop down of OLEDR providers. Can anyone please help me or point me in the right direction.
