import database from MSAccess to SqlSERVER 2008.

Hi Friends

I need to  copy whole database from MSAccess to SqlSERVER 2008. then in next step how can done this in incremental way.

i.e;

I have an access database i want to import that in Sqlserver2008

next time when i execute  this it will use max  date for import.

Kindly help Friends
