SSIS add/remove columns dynamically into unpivot object

Hello friend, I've created a SSIS package which takes a matrix from Excel file and insert into SQL table. It works perfectly! However, if I would add a new column into that matrix in Excel. Unpivot tool should take into process dynamically. Is there a way to provide this automatically?
