SSIS 2014 64 Bit HANA ODBC Connection Manager/Data Source

I have a project that uses an ODBC data source that is configured to use the 32 bit HDBODBC32 and the 64 bit HDBODBC SAP HANA drivers. I can successfully run the project in Visual Studio with the 32 bit driver. I can also run it on the server if I configure the connection manager to use the 32 bit DSN and execute the package in 32 bit mode. However, when I set the connection manager to use the 64 bit driver and run it in "regular" mode I get an AcquireConnection methods call failure.

I have confirmed that I can use the 64 bit driver by successfully submitting queries from within the SAP SQL Anywhere Interactive SQL application.

It almost seems like the 64 bit driver is not compatible with the SSIS ODBC data source component but that seems odd.
