SSIS OLEDB Destination is very slow while insertion

Hi,

I am having data flow task having more than 10 lookups & OLEDB Destionation, when i run the package daily it is taking 3hr for inserting 80k rows. When i remove OLEDB destination and put derive column for checking lookup is taking time or not then i came to know data is flowing very fast 80k rows flows in just 1min.

In my OLEDB destination's tables having Billions Records,I tried with disable and enable index but for enabling indexes it is taking so much time.

I Tried using BatchSize, CommitSize but it is still slow.

Can anyone please help how to improve performance for OLEDB Destination while inserting records?
