seperate into column

i need to seperate my file  into different column

TH*4.0*347*01**20120514*091509*P*:\IS*8007487001*HealthWarehouse.com
Pharmacy\

this should go into 1 column : TH*4.0*347*01**20120514*091509*P*:

another column : IS*8007487001*pahrmacy\

hwo to seperate using ssis,

here TH and IS  wil be same for every file.

once its seperate into different column, i need to seperate into different field ,

and then into database.

please help me asap
