How to send email notification when row is redirect

Hello,

I am new to SSIS.  I have a text file to transfer to a table in sql server.  I redirect all error rows into another text file.  It did this successfully.

However, I want an email notification when there are any rows that got redirect.  I've been searching for answer, but can't seem to figure out how to do this.
