SSIS error connecting to MSDB

Hi,

I am running Windows 2003 SP1 and SQL Server 9.0.3054.  I open SSIS in Management Studio and try to open MSDB but I get this error:

Failed to retrieve data for this request. (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoEnum)

Please check the version of the database and the instance of the server, which the SSIS service configuration is referencing for storage folders. (MsDtsSrvr)

When I run:

SELECT SERVERPROPERTY('ResourceVersion');
GO

On any of the system tables you get this version:  9.00.3042

The only thing I have found close to a fix for this is an older hotfix:  http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=934458

I found some information here but nothing specific to this situation:  http://blogs.msdn.com/psssql/archive/2007/04/06/post-sql-server-2005-service-pack-2-sp2-fixes-explained.aspx

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Randy
