SSIS script for checking data and data quality

Hi,

If someone do the initial load and incremental load into a dimension table or a fact table, after that i have to create and execute the script. 

1. to check the data, whether it is matching or not.

2. check the data quality.

and I want to do something dynamically ( can be anything ) not manually checking of thousand of data (rows).

Any help would be appreciated
