run 2008 SSIS packages under SQL 2014, Jobs did end not successful

Hi guys,

I have a Problem with my 2008 SSIS packages running under SQL 2014 Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP2) (KB3171021) - 12.0.5000.0 (X64) 

The packages are running but the SQL Agent does not end.
The  support for SQLNCLI10.1 is installed.

All Jobs remain in state "executing" even if the package ends successful. Seems that the communication between package and SQL Server Agent does not work properly.

Has anybody an idea what's going wrong?

We will convert the packages in the future.

If my question is in the wromg Forum pls move.
