missing data from final table (having staging table)

Hi, 

I missed some time period on my final destination table which I have in staging table. How can I move that data from staging to final table. (I have shceduled job for every 5mins, Its moved into staging table not moved into final table).

Please help me in this. And let me know if you need anymore details.
