I'm using the 2016 Feature Pack in SSDT 2016..
I've added the Azure Blob Upload Task to my control flow.
I'd like to use parameters for the account name and account key for this connection and not have them hard coded.
The component appears to ignore the Delay Validation setting. If I can use Project level parameters it will always fail at runtime even though I have delay validation = true.
If I use local variables within the package, and populate the variables at runtime from a database query, it will appear to work. However, it still throws an error in the logs at run time:
Azure Storage Connection Manager is invalid due to missing required property: AccountName
Even though the task runs successfully.
Does anyone know how I can get around these errors and/or use Project level parameters successfully?
