I've got a big problem. SQL 2016 (Nw) in my network, SQL 2016 (Az) in Azure. I've built a package that do something in Nw and after that move the data in Az. Fine, it works from Visual Studio but when I put the job in Agent it does not. The error is:
A network related instance specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections (provider: TCP Provider error 0. A connection attempt failed because the connected part did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected hos hs failed to respond).
In the package I use an ADO.Net connection in order to truncate and load the data in Azure.
Any suggestion?
