I have a requirement which is for our new client . The issue is that they agreed to send us a new flat file and i set up the connection according to that. But they are saying that some of the flat file exports are automated and so sometimes it varies the number of header columns . We are capturing the additional header columns and that works fine. One of our dot net person created a dot net code for to import flat file with less number of header columns to Database and it works very slow.So the requirement came to me and asking for any of the better way to handle these situations. If anybody experience these scenarios in their environment ,please let me know. I appreciate your help.
