Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.TxScript, Version=10.0.0.0

My environment is SQL2008R2 (SP1).  I have SSIS/SSAS/SSRS installed on separate servers from my database engine instances.  Up until the last two days I was running my database engine on an old SQL2008 cluster that had originally also hosted the SSIS/SSAS/SSIS services.  I am now running on new servers, where only the database engine has been installed.  Subsequent to that move I have started receiving the following error stub (i.e. individual SSIS package steps fail with this error; the error differs in specifying the step failing).

In the end, my question is what services, if any, do I need running on the database engine cluster (a Windows 2008R2 SP1 cluster) as part of the database engine instance in order to call the DTSX packages on the SSIS/etc. application server?

Thanks,

Al
