SSIS Update Fields Mapping require too much Hard Work

Hi,

i am doing increment load in SSIS.

Working fine absolutely.

In case of insert mapping is generated automatically by connecting OLE DB destination directly.

In case of update i have to write parameters for each fields.I have some table where fields count > 100.This require lots of labour and it is very tedious. how can i do it much faster..
