This scenario occurs when company purchases 3 set of software to manage there employees :-).

EmpID,First name,Last name,Email address,Home phone,Mobile phone,Pay rate,Dept ,Costcentrecode
HR/ some dept: columns
email ,First nameLast name, mobile, State/Regions,Primary Location,Default Role,Other RolesTimetracking:Cols
Last nameFirst name,Phone,Mobile,Email ,Emptype,Role
Need to build master data as source of truth and avoid multiple systems.
