we are loading same file data into two different systems on a daily basis. First one is the existing system(which is in production) and second is the new system that we have developed recently. We want to compare records of the last two days on a daily basis. What is the best way to compare records of these two systems? If there is any mismatch we want to email stakeholders about the mismatch. I am planning to use SSIS to pull data from one system and lookup on another server to find the mismatch. Is this the right way to do or there is another better way to do in SSIS.
