Delta load or incremental load in ssis packages

Hi Team,

Have created a 3 ssis packages. Also am deployed as sql server. Every day am getting thousands of new records and 100's of updated records to destination. I need how to load new records and as well as updated records in single destination.

Just i know by using delta and incremental load we can do this. Could you please explain with example.
