Visual Studio 2017 can't deploy SSIS project

I have Visual Studio 2017 version 15.4.2, sql server  2014 and  sql server 2016 installed in my personal computer (window 10)

After I create SSIS project I can't deploy, the Next button is glad out. What should I do?
