EXECUTE ssis without SQL

Hello everybod,

I create a package ssis I want to share it with collegue to execute it . but he don't have a Sql server installed.

I see in http://www.bigator.com/2012/03/11/ways-to-execute-ssis-package/

I need SSIS Runtime to do it. It's exact? if it's the case how can I get it.
