SSIS Package when deployed causes Datatype Mis-Match between unicode and non-Unicode data

The package runs with no errors in Visual Studio 2015 - I check the datatypes in the package and they all match. but when I deploy it - the package fails with data type mismatch. I am using SQL server 2016. The package is loading data between a Oracle and SQL Database.

Any Ideas ?
