SharePoint and SSIS

Hi All,

I am using SharePoint list as source for my DWH project and i am using SSIS to do ETL. I have successfully configure the site in SharePoint list and load the data into tables. Here i need to handle below two scenarios.

1. Data will extract Incremental Process and 

2. In the SharePoint Source the columns will add dynamically, so i need to handle dynamical column handling in my destination.
