sub string

Hi,

I have the sub string : select monthly Ship Date changed from  12-30-2030 to 06-07-2019 .  Some time the date after to may be different between 4 digits and 2 digits, but the statement: select monthly Ship Date changed from stays the same.  I would like it to return only the date between from and to  which is 12-30-2030.
