Fastload option missing in OLEDB destination, ssis

Hi,

   Am developing SSIS package, fetching data from multiple tables using OLEDB source control and and inserting into table using OLEDB Destination control. So by default it is selected table or View option in data access mode, but there is no option to select "Fast load".

If I open new package, there am able to see "Table or View -fast load" option, wht not in my developing package.
