Data from JIRA REST api to SQL server

Hello All,

I need to build a report from the data in JIRA REST API (https).

My request is very much similar to the post below

I have done my analysis looking for ways to do it directly in SSRS which seems not quite flexible.

Can I do it from SSIS and store the data in a table?

Please suggest.
