Upgrade SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition to SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade an SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard to 2012 SP1 Standard and the check fails
"Upgrade Rules" in "SQL Server 2012 Feature Upgrade".
