Integration Services Hangs During Execution

I am running into an intermitent problem where SSIS hangs on the exact same data flow, only on occassion.  The connector I'm using is Native OLE DB\SQL Server Native Client 10.0.

The process first truncates the destination table.  It them reads from another table and does a series of lookups (27 in all) and a few derived column transformations.  There are a little over 19 million records being processed.  All lookups are using Full Cache.  It normally runs in around 10 - 15 minutes, but some days (seems to be once every other week or so), it will just hang.  If I leave it alone, it will complete, but not until 8 - 10 hours later.  There are no locks during this process.  The only waits in SQL are parallelism for that process.

Has anyone else encountered this?  Should I use partial cache?
