has anyone ever made an SSIS package take a screenshot?

Here's the drama...We process & deliver data for clients.  We receive data from 3rd-party providers, and we have one that SWEARS to our client that files are being delivered with one name, when in fact we see another.  We've sent logs and screenshots, but the 3rd-party provider insists we must have the wrong logs, and implies that we're making up the screenshots after the import.  There's a language issue here too.

If you ask me it's kind of a dumb thing to fight about, but it's become quite a dustup, and the client's getting chippy.  I'd like to add a step to the import process that executes a screenshot software and takes a time-stamped picture of the file, and then I'll add a step to email it to the client along with notification that the import was kicked off.

Has anyone here ever tried this?  Any thoughts on which screenshot software might be more useful?

Thanks in advance!
