How to force packages to read updated value of Environment Variable

hi there, I've created an EV in my local machine and tested my package in my local machine as well.

Now, I need to modify the value of EV but seems my package was still reading the old EV value. 

Is there anyway to refresh package so that it will read the new value of EV?
