create user account using API function in SSIS

hi All

I need to use one webservice function that is ADDUSER using SSIS.

that create user account one of website.

http://www.livedrive.com/ResellersService/ResellerAPI.asmx?op=AddUser

I have one table in SQl SERVER i need to take all input values from there thiose are needed for this API Function call.
