Downloaded Files Error?????????????

I have a package that will download Files from a remote linux server and then insert them into a Local folder.  What do I do when the same file that has been downloaded on the linux server is left in the server?  When I run the Package a second time I get an error when I do the File Insert into the local folder. When I delete all the contents of the local folder and run the package again it executes fine.  I cannot insert the files into the folder with the same name.  What do I do?????  Any suggestions?????
