Unable to execute the SSIS Package in through DTEXEC Command Line Utility

I have devloped the SSIS Package in SQL Server 2008 R2 (64 Bit) server.

My requirement is to move the data from the Source Informix server to the Destination Sql Server R2.

I have created the package and executed the same, When I try the same to be executed using the DTEXCE Utility ,I am getting the following error
