Falt file connection Manager issue in ssis package

Hi,

We have a package where flatfile is source and sqlserver destination.On daily basis we are loading the data.

Here some times I am getting the issues like the "Text was truncated or one or more characters had no match in the target code page".

So,I am modifing the column length everytime in flatfile connection. Even though we have modifed column length previous, again we are facing same issue with same column.

Could any one guide us with aperfect solution for this.
