Is There A Way To Import Table Structure To A Connection Manager?

In SSIS, I find it tedious to have to manually build the columns in a connection manager. Is there any way to automate it? I already have the CREATE statments in SQL set up with the table structure; it'd be nice to be able to import the structure, or cut and paste it, or something to avoid manually entering about 75 column definitions...
