Flat file Data Source Failing

Hi,

I have a Flat file data source. It has 15 columns. It is comma delimited and text qualifier is " .

Row delimiter is CR LF or atleast I hope so.

Header Row delimiter is CR LF as well.

Its failing at the flat file source.

Error is text is truncated or there is no match in the code page.

I am not able to figure out as this package has been running fine until now.
