Honeywell OLE DB Provider Error

I am using the Honeywell OLE DB Provider to create a connection with PHD server and an OLE DB Source to get the data.

I connect to the PHD server successfully. However when I try to get the data using a SQL command, the warning message below comes up:

What is interesting is after the warning comes up the data comes from the PHD correctly. The problem is as the column cannot be mapped I cannot move forward with the implementation of the next steps since the output columns do not exist.

Is there any workaround I can apply in this scenario? Any comment is very appreciated.
