Transfer / Load data to PostgreSQL using SQL Server , SSIS

   Hi i have a central database SQL Server 2008 as a publisher and i have many subscribers in other places also in SQL Server 2008 (I mean transactional replication). 

   Now, i want to replace all subscribers with Postgresql but i can't make replication between SQL Server 2008 and Postgresql. The only solution is SSIS but how??? 

   How can make with SSIS ? I am looking for some examples
