I have sql server standard 2008 r2 with sp2 on window server 2008 r2. At first the user would click on print report from this outside vendor application and the popup screen would pop up but printer wasn't listed. I solved that by installing the label
printer connected via COM1 serial and now printer is listed but it prints blank labels and an error pops up with Error 0x8007f303. I tried removing the rsclientprint*** from c:\windows\downloaded..... and reinstalled active-x but still getting that error.
Any ideas how to go about resolving this. Client is on Windows 7 Enterprise with ie9 . I have also added site to trusted zone and enabled all the active-x stuff
