Continuing a File Loop After an Error

I'm working with this scenario:

http://agilebi.com/jwelch/2008/06/29/continuing-a-loop-after-an-error/

I follow this guy's advice to the tee but I'm still getting odd results. In my package I have close to the same set up. I have a script task that checks the file. If the file is bad the script task will blow up and send the package down a path of moving the error file to a different folder and sending a notification email. I stuff that process inside of the sequence container.

When an error file is reached it goes down the proper path BUT then SSIS keeps going on like nothing happened. The next step tries to work with the file but it can't because the file is no longer gone. What is supposed to happen is that SSIS should move on after the error and start from the top with the next file. Where am I going south?
