Create multiple package in script task and run it in parallel

How to Create multiple package in script task and run it in parallel?

I have to download around 300 files from URL and process them, if i do in one by one, it takes around 45 minutes. So I'm planning create multiple/copy package and run it in parallel so that the time download time can be reduced? Any help is appreciated.
