DateTime - Variable

Hi, 

When I write this exp for a string variable, I get 12:04:01:000 to 12:04:59:999 every time I click evaluate and after 12:04:59:999, it starts again with 12:04:01:000.

It's past 12:04 for a while now.

Why does it get stuck at 12:04?

If I do GETDATE(), I get the right time.
