cant find instructions on using decrypt option for dtexec

Hi.  I'm looking at the syntax instructions for using dtexec from the command line and so far not seeing enough detail on how to use the decrypt option.

I have a master and sub pkg that both use the same ftp site.  I'm playing around with protection level called EncryptSensitiveWithPassword.   I already see and use the security prompt I get when I open in VS.   I'm trying to understand the plumbing required when these pkgs get deployed and get run unattended from the command line.  Specifically, if the syntax looks something like this (I dont even see any examples) ...dtexec \Decrypt x where x is something we type, what mechanism is going to take what we leave typed on the command line in our .bat files and decrypt it to the pswd I entered in VS?  Just as important, how do I know what to type for x?

This all assumes that what ever x gets decrypted to can be used/passed for/to both pkgs as long as I give them both the same pswd.
