The component returned a failure code when the pipeline engine called PrimeOutput().

Hi All,

I am using the OLEDB source in my package and Provider is "OLEDB Provider for Sql server". When ever i try to execute the package, Its returning the below error message.

"The component returned a failure code when the pipeline engine called PrimeOutput(). The meaning of the failure code is defined by the component, but the error is fatal and the pipeline stopped executing.  There may be error messages posted before this with more information about the failure." 

I have tried by changing the provider to "Sql Server 10.0" but the issue still exists. If i run the same package multiple times, some times it gets executed. 

Please suggest.
