Getting specific value from file name using expression

Hi ,

I want to get the the value "999088881" from following file name. Every time, I load the file 

I should get the value from the file name after "JOBID_" and before ".txt".

Here is the file name 

TestFile.20130513.112553.JobID_999088881.txt
