How to make the dat file Dynamic

Hi

I am facing an issue regarding the loading the file into the DB

The file structure as below

G:\KM2\inbound\upsirpt\SADB\extracted

\delimited\P.CLQR.LZ_TLMTRY_CLLCTN_ERR_MSG.LZ_TLMTRY_CLLCTN_ERR_MSG.49.2_4_2.20130325.035743.dat

there more than 100 files like this i want  load meta data from these files to DB. If i give relative path the load works for each and every file. It will be time consuming

please guide me
